Visit our kennel, meet our alaskan huskies and be awed by their amazing abilities. A guided tour of our modern kennel facilities and a fascinating view into the daily life of huskies and their mushers. The dogs will be excited to give you short ride with a cart to show how they prepare for winter.

After the ride you will have the chance to hear more about the huskies and learn about their life at the kennel. The huskies love attention and you will get a chance to interact with them. There will be time to get to know the dogs and their unique characters, as well as a chance to see the workings of the kennel. If you love dogs this is for you!

For animal welfare reasons husky ride is included only weather permitting, 15 degrees celcius or colder, otherwise it’s too hot for the huskies to pull.

Children under the age of 12 years join for free with an adult (max 2 free children per paying adult).

If you need a transfer to the activity, please book the transfer services additional product.

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely! The Life of the Husky tour is one of our family friendly tours, which is also suitable for very small children. If you have an infant with you, it is also possible to join this tour with a baby carriage or stroller.

The tour takes place at our kennel, so bring comfortable clothes that you can spend time outside. Please also dress according to the weather and wear something where you would not mind that it gets a little bit dirty.

The tour will last just two hours, so we will only be offering juice and cookies here at our kennel. If you feel like having some snacks with you please feel free to bring your own. Taking something to drink is advisable, but we are selling some here at our kennel as well.

If you will not be using our transfers for the tour, you can meet closeby to our kennel by the locked gate. Our guide will then meet you there and lead you to our kennel area to park your vehicle. You will get a google maps link to the exact meeting location when you make your booking.
