They’re the people making sure you get on the right tour, at the right time, with all the information you need for a seamless experience. And while our guides make the magic happen out on the trail, our sales crew is busy behind the scenes making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Teemu – Sales Manager & Mastermind of the Systems
Teemu is Finnish, a father, and, surprisingly, didn’t have anything to do with dogs before joining Bearhill Husky in autumn 2022. Fast forward to today, and he’s the brain behind our booking systems, IT processes, and the smooth coordination between guests and guides. A natural team leader, Teemu is always there to answer questions, solve problems, and keep the ship sailing straight.
Ella – Right Hand to the Manager
Originally from Germany, Ella moved to Rovaniemi in 2020 and started with us in autumn 2023. She’s a big dog lover and proof of that is living at home with her: two rehomed sled dogs directly from Bearhill Husky. Ella speaks Finnish well enough to get by (and to make our local partners smile), and is Teemu’s trusted right hand when it comes to keeping sales running smoothly.
Cristina – From Intern to Sales Pro
Cristina’s Bearhill journey started a few years ago when she came from Italy as an intern. She made such a great impression that, in early 2025, she joined our sales team permanently. Like many of us here, she couldn’t resist adding one of Bearhill’s retired huskies to her family.
Alexanne – Seasonal Sales Energy
Hailing from the Netherlands, Alexanne joins us for the winter season. She’s got one dog of her own and brings an extra dose of energy to the high season rush: answering calls, replying to emails, and helping guests find their perfect tour.

A Little Note on Busy Seasons
From November through the end of February, our inbox and phone lines light up like the Northern Lights – and keeping up can be a real challenge. We always do our best to answer as quickly as possible, but sometimes it might take a little while to hear back from us. Please know we’re working hard, reading every message, and making sure no question goes unanswered. We’re human, after all – just with a lot of coffee and a love for what we do.
