Covid-19 precautions in the kennels
- Instructions and reminders at entrances and in strategic places on hand hygiene
- Hand sanitizer is available at entrance points to the all communal areas, and in all toilets
- Compulsory wearing of face coverings/masks when inside the buildings by customers and guides. If the customers do not have one we will provide them with a mask
- Compulsory wearing of face coverings/masks when on the Bearhill Husky transfer by customers and drivers
- Social distancing where possible outside
- Families and groups traveling together kept together on sleds for the tours
- Over-clothing worn by the customers will be cleaned and disinfected after use and left to air for 24 hours outside
New cancellation conditions due to Covid-19
- If the cancellation happens due to Covid-19, we provide full refund -25€/booking for the office costs. We request the proof of the cancellation. This policy is valid even for the last minute cancellation but only for the Covid-19 restrictions.
